About us... Established in 2004, we are an independent lettings agency specialising in residential lettings and property management in Guildford and the surrounding towns and villages. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, and unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.

Full Property Management - 8%... We will fully manage your property for just 8% of the monthly rental (plus VAT). Our manangement service covers the entire process from the initial valuation through to checking in your new tenants and dealing with all issues during the term of the tenancy. This service is suited to Landlords who live some distance from the rental property, or simply want to leave all aspects of letting and management to us.

Tenant introduction... Unlike most letting agents, we make a one-off charge of 50% of the first month’s rental income (plus VAT). There are no hidden fees or ongoing monthly payments. This service is suited to Landlords who live close to the property and wish to deal with all aspects of repairs, maintenance and rent collection. We will take care of finding suitable tenants through our marketing, property viewing, and tenant vetting services.
